Pol Trade On Ltd recognises its responsibilities as an employer for ensuring a safe and healthy work place for all of its employees and other such persons as may be affected by its work, and is dedicated to providing such information, training and supervision needed for this purpose as is required under current legislation as a minimum standard.

Our commitment to quality is based on the principles of providing our clients with a quality building service, which meets and satisfies the customers requirements whilst reflecting the business needs and meeting all regulatory and legislative requirements.  Pol Trade On Ltd will achieve this through the delivery of a building service, which is professional, efficient, reliable and cost effective.

Quotation and Pricing Policy
Pol Trade On Ltd will provide you with detailed quote on Excel spreadsheet, valid for 30 days, for labour only, we'll give you as well an estimate for materials. Should you wish to continue with project after that time, quotation might be subject to changes. For pricing purposes we use state of the art adaptive computer system, so we will never overprice the project and agreed contract sum will allow for completion on time. You may be entitled to up to 5% discount if:
- You are a landlord and want to refurbish more than one property
- Your contract is more than 50.000 pounds excluding VAT and materials
